I have been going here for a few years and have left happy every time … even if i have to come back. I usually get some variation of box braids and they’re pretty consistent with that style regardless of how many people are working on my head. Recently I got faux locs and the two braiders clearly have different techniques cause the style to look not like the picture I showed. The owner jumped in and fixed the whole back immediately and the next day they fixed the front. This whole situation could have been avoided if I was told exactly what hair to get for the style. Overall I feel like they do good work but could definitely work on communicating better; pricing, expectations, styles, time, etc. Just be ready to explain what you want, have pictures, know the hair they work best with and write numbers down! Definitely recommend going into the shop for consultation before service.
